1 /5 Gracey Lau: Rina cut my boyfriends hair way too short, she basically gave him microbangs when he wanted it lower than his eyebrow and blamed him for it. All he asked for his bangs. She said that no one would cut exactly how he wanted, when it was a simple cut. Unprofessional.

1 /5 Julie Hernandez: My boyfriend got a bad cut, dont ask me why, but he got me a $105.00 gift certificate for Valentine’s Day, to get a pedicure. It was good for 3 months. I had just got a pedicure where I normally go, then towards the expiration date, my boyfriend ended up in the hospital for 2 weeks, and I got Covid from a visit to the hospital. By the time I made it in to Rinas it was 3 days passed the expiration date, she didn’t even want to hear my story, she just kept screaming, “ No, No it eespired it eespired !! So she pursed $105.00, I I got a big fat crazy NO !!! Just doesn’t seem right, not a good business move if you ask me. Didn’t mean to but that 1 star up there, she gets none from me.

Desiree Valencia: I came in to get bangs and I told her exactly how I wanted them, not too much hair but with a little length on the sides. Firstly she cut them extremely crooked and the sides were short. I had to go home and fix them myself. I’m giving 2 stars, the hair cut was a 1 but they do seem like nice people so I’m giving 2 for it being my first time at this salon. I went there because of the good reviews and one particular review that said this was a good salon to get bangs. (Definitely wasn’t the case for me) I also tipped $5 witch was me just being nice but I definitely will not be coming back here.

She is almost 10, she sat still and her hair was straightened with a flat iron already. It cannot be any easier than that. Or so I thought. If you go here, do so at your own risk.
