I walked in her shop and she greeted me by my name and made sure I had a new mask and sanitized ( which I appreciate during these covid times). After which she started me right away!!! Never have I ever not had to sit and wait even after my appointment time has started ! She was super kind and gave me some great tips on keeping my locs right! And the shop was clean and well kept!!
