5 /5 Ri: Its hard for me to trust people with my hair but I had a good experience with them last time, so I decided to come again. I booked my appointment with Charla on Jan 21st for 1pm. Shes phenomenal, so skilled. Charla worked fast, but she was precise n careful. She made it look so effortless to cut hair. Shes been doing this for 30 years, I think, she said ^.^ But i LOVED my haircut. I hardly get haircuts, but im trying lmao i was sooo happpyyy n couldnt contain my excitement when i got home Charla also did me a favor and used the thinning shears, i believe, to make the top layers more lighter since i have thick hair. i didnt ask, she just knew what to do (she did let me know) She gave me EXACTLY what i wanted and made it suit my face so good (obviously i did my own research beforehand on what my face shape is and what would suit it best). I asked for a short side bang, short layers & to keep my length. Then, I showed her 9 reference photos that I had ready. She said my reference photos looked like a long shag so thats what i went for. If youre on the edge on if you should come to this salon or not, you really should

5 /5 Nancy Salgado: First time going to Retro Lux and I cannot express how happy I was with the service!! Priscilla was very understanding and informative throughout the whole process. I loved that she knew about curly/wavy hair and was able to help me get what cut I wanted. Had such a wonderful experience and highly recommend seeing Priscilla if youre thinking of booking an appointment. :-)

They also understand hair and facial styles and what suits you best and will recommend the best style for you and you can agree or disagree or meet in the middle.
