    1 /5 Ana Lopez: I went with Gabriela Pulido to get my hair extensions done. She was very nice but she looked very nervous while doing my hair. Also the same day my hair extensions started to fall out! Its only been 5 days and 14 hair extensions have fallen out. Not only are the falling out very quickly but they are also pulling out my real hair. She offered to fix them but who would go back to someone that messed up their hair already. I asked for a refund and she denied to give me anything. This is not my first time with hair extensions so I know how to care for them. Its easy to say that I will not be going back. Also she told me to buy these hair extensions. She gave me the website and told me to color match my own hair. She never offered for me to buy them with her or at the salon. I already bought the products that she recommended to care for my extensions. More hair extensions are falling out. Its taking my my hair with them as they fall off. Its making me lose hair!!

    Liliana Dominguez: Im in the national guard and really needed to get my nails shortened. My sister scheduled an appointment over the phone for us. We drive out from Los Baños (1 hr drive) and were so excited. Space is so beautiful and we sit down, the girl looks at my nails and looks at me. Says they dont do acrylic, I say thats fine just remove the fill and Ill be fine with gel. She says she cant because theres not enough time? Its 70 mins before they close. She said removing the fill counts as 1 service and the actual manicure is separate. Bare in mind, I have to guide the conversation. She isnt freely explaining anything to me. I had to ask all the right questions to get answers from the worker or else I wouldve sat in more awkward silence. They didnt offer us any credit or any apology or any rescheduling. We told them it took us an hour to get to our appointment and they didnt care. Gave 2 stars for the space. O for the service.

    Ashley Mendez Cruz: Cassandra is one of the sweetest hairstylists I have ever met! She not only works with you towards your ultimate hair goal, but she also makes you feel super comfortable sitting in her chair! My hair appointment was a few hours long, but the conversations we had made the time go by fast. She also does consultations before hand just to review your hair and make sure she can get towards your final look but also keeping it at its most healthy state! I definitely recommend her work! :)
