Kris is the best, very knowledgeable, details in diagnosing your car, provide professional advice to customers without minding risking his expertise to them. Honest and straight forward and affordable cost. No intent of ripping customers off. Allows customers to choose favorable options after diagnosis. So much to write about this wonderful company. He can also be of assistance on phone and sacrifice his off-work hours to attend to your car when you are in dire need of assistance. What a mechanic. Highly recommendable. 2 /5 Estrella Armas: I’ve been coming here for years and the staff and service used to be amazing! This most recent visit I came in for a basic oil change. I’m familiar with everyone who works here, but on this most recent visit the newer lady working at the counter was so mean and condescending. I did not get her name, but she is a larger set woman with brunette/black hair. Every time I would talk to Chris’ wife or the mechanic regarding my vehicle the brunette lady would act as if I was “holding up her line” (I was the only person there) and was incredibly rude with her tone when asked any sort of question. Please find someone with better customer service skills.

5 /5 Ryan Campbell: Let me start off by saying I do most of my own auto maintenance and work. I have been a customer of Reprius twice now in the past year. Once to replace a stolen catalytic converter and once for an entire engine swap. The employees and owners of this shop 100% have my trust in their decisions and workmanship. They have been dead on for diagnosing and offered great turn around time and saved me from not having my commuter car. I strongly recommend anyone with a Prius contact Reprius as they have fair pricing, do great work and are mechanics I trust. The staff at Reprius genuinely wants to help keep these Prius on the road and are often a fraction of dealerships offering the same service. Thank you Reprius!!

5 /5 Kirsten R: We are incredibly grateful for Reprius. We were on an urgent trip from Southern California to Northern California when several lights came on. We called around, but many mechanics weren’t able to assist. We were referred to Reprius and received excellent service. Tim met us at his shop, showed us the issue, and told us the cost upfront. He taught us how to change the part ourselves in case this happens in the future, and we were in our way in less than an hour. Thank you, Tim, and thank you, Reprius!
