This establishment helped me save alot allot of money when a car I was going to purchase was inspected and they caught the Cats being tampered with. I have been going here for a few years now and wouldnt let anyone else work on my car. Very honest and downright good people at Universal automotive.

5 /5 Crystal Ponce De Leon: They are a family owned business. They are super friendly and honest. Ive taken a few of my cars there and each time they have done a great job. The pricing is great and they do not try to get more out of you.

5 /5 Jeff Mattiaccio: This shop is a go to the owner and his son are very honest, knowledgable, and helpful. Its a family ran business so I took my vehicle here for a check engine light. Their prices are very reasonable paid $95 for a diagnostic and their labor fee per hour is the same $95. That is less than any other repair shop. They are also open on Sat thats when they took care of my problem and had my truck running by the end of the day. Also they do smog checks for $25 thats the best in town it is usually near $60 anywhere else. I would recommend this place looking to have car repairs done by an honest and up front company. 1 /5 Nurani: I came in here for an engine light check and they gave me a whole list of A/C related issue costing me $4,900 and some dollars. I could buy a new car for that amount. This is the worst place to go when you need your car fixed. They will manipulate you into getting their service. I took my car back and tried to get the refund but they tried to charge me for ordering parts that were never delivered. Gross behavior, worst place to go to.

5 /5 Doug Reber: Fast, GREAT work, friendly, very good prices, honest. I had the same type of work done on the same vehicle in a different shop about two years before. Universal did it in a couple of hours, instead of a couple of days. Charged me about 30% less, and the workmanship was better. I couldn’t believe it, but I’m glad I found them!!
