Everything about the experience was spectacular. From the moment I walked in and was greeted, upon completion, payment and post treatment. Alicia is a true professional and LOVES what she does. It is effortless for her. During my treatments she communicated very clearly what was to be expected. She answered all my questions with her professional knowledge from product recommendations to the science behind how things work the way they do for your skin. She also provided great follow up and maintenance instructions for my skin. Alicia is so gentle with her hands but firm at the same time with getting the gunk out of your skin. She checks in with you throughout the procedures to make sure you are comfortable and feeling good. She even asks what music preferences you like to set a custom ambient space. I will only be working with Radiance Beauty anytime I am in town for my skincare and additional beauty needs. Stellar experience! I HIGHLY recommend.

She’s really sweet, easy to talk to, and always takes the time to answer all my questions and discuss all my skin concerns. She’s knowledgeable about what treatments will help and my skin is always noticeably glowing and improved after seeing her.
