3 /5 Gerardo Gutierrez: Front desk Jeff was rude at the beginning of check in, in the process he changed lil bit, not sure what is wrong with him. Rooms pretty decent comparing price. Easy access from I1-5, and plenty places to eat around and gas stations.

1 /5 Steve Rogers: Jeff has some serious attitude issues. Me and my family walked in to check in, and he was already yelling at a couple walking out. The first thing he said to us was "What do you want" and was acting like he was on drugs (scratching his face, erratic behavior). He snapped at me when I asked if he could make sure we could get a room with 2 beds and that was a big deal for him because he threw a fit the rest of the check in process, as if Im inconveniencing him by being a customer. My kids were scared so my wife asked if we could just go somewhere else, so we left. Wont be back.

2 /5 Marisa Martinez: I had an unpleasant stay here unfortunately. The walls are paper thin so I could hear people talking, snoring, water running, other things… Towels are kinda crappy, but I guess it’s what you pay for when staying in a lower-end hotel. Bedding was clean but it was not very comfortable. The concierge was nice and understanding. It didn’t seem like he wanted to give me a new room when I complained about the noise though. Location is not bad, there are some restaurants nearby like Denny’s, and it’s close to the highway.

4 /5 Matt Huculak: I ended up at Quality Inn after leaving the Motel 6 next door. In comparison, this hotel was clean, well-lit, and the staff friendly. I found my room clean, which is all I really expect from a two-star hotel. In terms of the immediate surrounding area, I would say this hotel is the best.

1 /5 Shonal Chand: Very disappointed at the front desk person named Jeff. Was little rude upon check-in and later said my card was not working and clearly the machine got stuck while charging my credit card. Won’t be coming back here in the future.
