5 /5 Major Willis: Kind and caring facility that provides daytime activities, lunch, exercise, and social interaction for older adults that arent capable of doing it on their own. Helps with respite for their caregivers/families and lets the participants remain active members of their community. Its a great program but that also comes with the downside of a long wait list to get a spot.

5 /5 Eldervilla RCFEHOMES: YADHC, Woodland is the best place for the elderly in their golden years looking for company, friends and great activities to do. Our (ELDERVILLA) residents love it and are eagerly waiting it to open especially with COVID-19 taking away so much from our life. Not to miss the support the wonderful team provides to elderly at home. The loving care is missed by our residents and they greatly appreciate the care and recommend it strongly for anyone needing adult day care for their loved ones.

Elizabeth T Arias: Office manager is highly discriminatory. I asked to talk with her regarding delas in office visits; firs she talk with me at her door, treated me with rudeness, flat out told that "you have to understand...." trying to make me believe it is okay to wait a long time for a dr. She even went to the extreme is saying that most of the health places makes their patients to wait. Even at the ER I only waited there 30 minutes. maybe she needs strong "how to treat people catalogue and online courses. In my long teaching career never seen such an outstanding woman with no people skills and just discriminates and look down to others. Maybe she thinks that its okay to mistreat people that are coming for health at a low coast clinic. I have being coming to this place for over ten years and I never experienced and office manager mistreat and being discriminatory with patients. The public that goes to this clinic is highly diverse with a variety of backgrounds and she can not expect will accept her being arrogant and look down people.

Larry Hamlett: Absolutely horrible place to take someone you care about. My mom had breast cancer and they did a mastectomy and removed some of her lymph nodes. But they didnt get all of them. She had to have another surgery to remove the lymph nodes they didnt get on the first try. A pet scan would have been a good place to start before doing the first surgery to make sure you dont just cut on someone blindly. Then after the second surgery I took her to the office to get her drains removed, we were late by 37 minutes because I had to remove a downed tree limb across our county road. The receptionist was absolutely rude and said that we would have to reschedule at a later date. No!!! She has drains that have to be removed!! So I came back home and removed them myself. Completely unacceptable behavior for some giving patient care after a botched surgery that they caused. I do believe we will be speaking to an attorney.
