1 /5 Katerina Flores: Terrible service. I called to ask if they have any availability for a fill for me and a pedicure for my friend the lady on the phone said yes and asked for a name to put the appointment under, I gave her mine and it was pretty effective and simple.
My friend and I showed up about 5 minutes early willing to wait and we were rudely greeted by a lady in the middle of doing someone’s nails. She asked if I had an appointment and I gave her my name and what I asked for on the phone she then threw a fit and told me that I needed to tell her I wanted a fill on the phone, when I clearly did. At this point I really didn’t appreciate her talking to me the way she did especially when she could’ve declined my request on the phone if filling my nails was a terrible problem as she made it out to be. She then proceeded to tell me to quickly pick a color and talk badly about me to the customer she was servicing while I was right in earshot to listen.
At that point I was pretty irritated and clearly upset. I was not gonna give my business to a company who treats their customers like that especially new ones who gave their business a try. I just walked out and the woman clearly wanted us to come back because she yelled at us to wait.
Do not give this business your money, they’re customer service is absolutely horrible.
