Gabriel Bajak: I had an excellent time at this shopping center! From the moment I arrived, I was greeted by friendly staff who were eager to help with my shopping. I was impressed with the quality of the items I bought, from high-end brands to everyday essentials, all at affordable prices. This mall provides fantastic value for money, and I love the variety of stores that cater to every need. Clean, comfortable, and with a welcoming atmosphere, it’s a must-visit for any shopper!
Jessica Ortz: I stopped in without an appointment they got me right in. This is the WORST manicure I have ever had, she didnt shape my nails or get all the old polish off. I had polish on my cuticles and the polish started peeling off within 24 hours. This was NOT a manicure, it was a color change and a horrible one at that. A total waste of $40 plus I tipped her 20%, do NOT waste your time or money here.
Taylor Collins: Julie and Emma are the absolute best! The shop is always clean, welcoming and quiet. If you dont know what you want on your nails, they both jump in and come up with an idea that you will always love! Pedicures are amazing.
Heather Womack: They are so kind and accommodated to my mother, who uses a walker. They never treat her like a problem like other nail salons do in Red Bluff. Thank you Star Nails for your wonderful kindness and patience. Best in town.
Trixie Travolta: I randomly go here and each time I let the nail tech know which procedure I want and I always pick the same one, yet EVERY SINGLE TIME I never get the same kind of treatment. Its like the tech forgets a procedure or just chooses not to do one and its always a different step they miss. Of course communicating with some of the hard workers can b a challenge, and they tend to treat their REGULARS with much more enthusiasm than a walk in I only wish I knew if they were REALLY getting paid minimum wage at least. Sometimes it feels as if some of the workers are Indentured servants
Hunter Battles: Very clean, very organized. I had the man who did my nails and my mom had the lady, they both are very thorough and dont rush they take their time. The price isn’t bad either, We definitely will be coming back!
L K: My daughter wanted to get her hair styled on a Saturday and unfortunately we didnt have an appointment so we decided to try several salons that allowed Walk-ins.
We went to the Dollhouse Salon because it had good ratings. When inquired about an available opening she responded with "What?" Rudely and when I repeated myself she said "No, we dont have any!" I certainly hope that this was not the owner and if it wasnt, I would hope that she realizes that this employee has horrific people skills and customer service.
Will not do business there nor would I recommend them. There are too many other salons in town who treat potential customers with excellent service and manners.
