3 /5 Trixie Travolta: I randomly go here and each time I let the nail tech know which procedure I want and I always pick the same one, yet EVERY SINGLE TIME I never get the same kind of treatment. Its like the tech forgets a procedure or just chooses not to do one and its always a different step they miss. Of course communicating with some of the hard workers can b a challenge, and they tend to treat their REGULARS with much more enthusiasm than a walk in I only wish I knew if they were REALLY getting paid minimum wage at least. Sometimes it feels as if some of the workers are Indentured servants

5 /5 Holly jean: Sooooo, I love this nail salon. All the folks that work in the salon are very professional. I really appreciate being able to have a pedicure and the person working on my feet will know whether I feel like talking or not. They allow me to relax and not ask me questions and I really appreciate that. The salon is always clean and I have never had an issue. The amount of people that come in in a day is a testament to the work that they do. Theyre not the cheapest in town but you get what you pay for . I do not plan on going anywhere else.

5 /5 Badlands Queen: Just got my nails done here. Super reasonably priced. A young gentleman did it and he took the time to make sure I got the right experience. They didnt charge for my nail art so I tipped extra! The experience was awesome and Im very happy. Nice environment. Got acrylic nails done today and the lady did a nice job!

Devona Isais: I really wasn’t sure if I wanted to share my experience from Wednesday and this was my first time getting my nails done at this place. However I thought about it for a few days and decided it was best to share my experience. I walked in on Wednesday 11/27/24 at 11:30am I was greeted by a very nice lady who I showed the picture of how I wanted my nails and she then had me sit down in table #7. I seen that they had to call the young man from outside to come back in and do my nails. I’m assuming he was on the phone with his friend/partner because about two minutes later as he was about to do my nails he had a FaceTime call and he the turned the phone towards me so the person on the other end could see me? That man wanted to see what he was doing and who he was with? There was no other explanation in my observation. The young man didn’t even ask me if that was okay, that made me feel very uncomfortable. But I couldn’t tell him that because he did not speak any English. Then about 3-5 minutes later the same man FaceTimed the young man who was doing my nails back! To check again who he was with. By then I knew what was really going on. So from there he seemed very nervous and distracted and he cut my left ring finger three times. He was really trying his best and trying to do a good job and for the most part my nails look nice. But the experience was the most uncomfortable and a little painful from the cuts. Also one of my nails is already chipping. Lastly this took two hours! I wasn’t out of there until 1:30pm! I must add I would love to give this place a second try but not with the same person.

Dishin With Dom: Nails came out looking bumpy with polish all over my fingers. I was bleeding from several fingers. The worker did not listen to what I requested. They are rough and dismissive as well as sloppy. When I first started coming here years ago I loved it but something has changed for the worse. Very sad and disappointing. They need to get it together before they lose more business because they have definitely lost mine after these last few visits...

They could have been like sorry you missed your appointment you’ll have to reschedule, but that not the way they do things. They are so friendly and kind and so professional the work they do is so much better than anywhere I’ve ever been before. I will never go anywhere else they have a customer for life. I have a twisted index finger and in the past others have had issues with nails matching, shape and overall sizing my nails correctly. I love the color, the shape and that the look like my own nails. Jojo did a great job! I defenetly recommend it.
