2 /5 Margarita Rodriguez: I asked for coffin shape and got something that looked Like square shape. She asked if i liked the shape and i told her i like them more skinny, she filed the edges but it didnt make a difference.she didnt put acrylic all the way to the top on my nail. It looks like I need a fill already. The guy who did my pedicure bearly even scrubbed them..Ive been going here for years but I think its time to find a new place.

He accidentally poked me with the instrument, and when I mentioned that he was being a bit rough, he insisted he was being safe. Despite my feedback, he continued to handle my nails roughly, prompting me to request a stop. Ultimately, I decided against completing the pedicure. When I sought assistance from another staff member, I noticed Victor had hidden the nail polish. Upon inquiring about it, he responded dismissively, saying he didn’t want to talk to me and asked me to leave. Unfortunately, no one intervened to address his behavior, and the atmosphere felt uncomfortable. Thank you for taking the time to read this. I believe its important to maintain a respectful environment for everyone.

1 /5 kadynce ziegler: Got a fungal infection on both my 1st toes. Not to mention the dude that did my pedicure was as sick as a dog and still touching everything in the salon, including my feet. Will not return, completely disgusting.

2 /5 Crystal Dorsey: Honestly, I wanted to give them one star but I gave them two only because Helin and Victor when Ive went prior to 07/13/2018 have did great jobs on my nails. First, I had an appointment with my friend and I still had to wait 10-15 minutes before I was seen. I showed her EXACTLY what I wanted. Second she started on my nails she began to put the regular tip on and I told her I wanted a clear tip and aggressively she replied I dont have that and continued on. Next, she has the nails on and her crying kid calls which I have on tape whom she had on SPEAKER hysterically crying. Then she cuts the first five in to the wrong shape (coffin) as she changes hands still talking on the phone I realized as she is now two nails into my other hand that its the wrong shape I tell her and show her the picture. She says "oh dont worry about it i will fix it"... So she finished with my nails and they came out absolutely opposite of what I wanted, I know she could see the disappointment in my face because of the terrible job. So I asked her to put a what color was the solid pink which another nail tech had on and she replied I dont know ask her,,, RUDE... At this point I was feed up sick and tiered and ready to leave Amys chair. At the end she charged me $40 for my nails.... OVER CHARGED... and my friend who has been going here for a year said to call and explain what happened so that they can fix her mistake and they denied to fix nails but offered me to come in and pay another $40. WHAT!!! Now I was trying not to be rude or an obnoxious customer but they obviously dont care that i have figures and can type a review of my terrible experience.
