5 /5 Travis Sahr: Clean. always clean and inviting. Families from the neighborhood are friendly and courteous. Plenty of parking. VERY large grass field, great for flying a kite! Full court black top basketball court. Large climbing/play structure. Great swing set. Only lacks a public restroom and shade/trees (young park so the trees have yet to mature) but besides that, it is an awesome place. Worth the drive if you are not close.

5 /5 Lauren Swanson: My child loves this park and so do I. In such a nice neighborhood with plenty of parking, a cute little library, a huge field for sports activities, a basketball court and play structures for the kiddos. We frequent this park often.

Parrotts Ferry - Angels Camp

Leaf LaRay: Its a beautiful bridge. Free of chrage to cross. Outstanding piece of mostly plain grey cement. It got us safe across to the other side. No highwaymen, robbers or pirates, or trolls. Really appreciate the river views. Small parking lot on one side, small lot on the other. Nice echos under the bridge. Check out the tags.

Utica Park - Angels Camp

michael hall: Utica Park has been recently upgraded and remodeled. I have not had the opportunity to enjoy it yet, but I know before all this happened it was a very fun place to go, especially the Friday night. Concerts. And Farmers market.

Angels Camp Museum - Angels Camp

Swati Singh: Been here twice. Great gem to learn the history of Angels Camp and the gold rush era. The transportation tour guid is amazing. $10 pp for a family of 4. Must visit.

Sonar Sub - Angels Camp

James Le: An odd looking item that somehow ended up on this tabletop plateau. The object is vibrant in color from the graffiti on it and stands in stark contrast to its surroundings. There are some cement objects around this spot. Some say this is some kind of Navy Sonar Sub while others say its the attachment to some kind of glider. Its definitely out of place where its at and makes for a unique landmark to visit. Im sure SOMEONE knows how and why this got here and what the backstory is. For anyone that does know the backstory to this, please share. Im sure theres quite a few folks whod like to know.

Doug Minton: The new launch made things a bit busy but i do see things at this little park getting better. With the dredging of the old ramp to the new ramp will add access for canoe, kayak & swimming. Time will tell but this park is getting renovated & upgraded

Colusa-Sacramento River State Recreation Area - Colusa

Pachee Thao: This isnt the cleanest place to come to, but there are many different places to fish on the shore. Theres a trail leading to a beachy fishing area on a bend. There is a fee for day use, camping, and boat ramp use. We paid $6 for the day use. Besides the active boats on the water, its an enjoyable new fishing spot. Its not busy on land at all. Theres plenty of parking in the month of April.

Colusa National Wildlife Refuge - Colusa

Sharlene Nay: What a beautiful wildlife refuge. The car loop was fabulous. We were able to take a nice slow loop and see a very large variety of birds. We came back again the next day and plan to return again and again.
