    Samantha Ruiz: My cars brake lights were all out and I was told by my regular mechanic to find a place that does electric work on cars so I found this place. It had good reviews so I took my car there. I paid $748.77 for them to fix my brake lights and interior light because that got messed up by another mechanic looking at my car. SEVEN months later my cars brakes lights went out AGAIN. Took it back to the shop and now they are saying something else needs to be fixed. I was shocked! I believe if anyones car that needs repair should be COMPLETELY fixed of the problem. For something else to happen in that short of a time is ridiculous to me. My car is only driven in town. I would NOT recommend this place to anyone, unless you want to keep paying to fix the SAME problem.

    Kevin Spencer: Franks Automotive is outstanding! We had an engine coolant issue while traveling. We were out of the area so didnt know what repair businesses were knowledgeable and backed their work up. We showed up on a busy day. All who worked there were very nice and accommodating. Franks fit us into their busy schedule, the problem diagnosed, and parts ordered. Franks even shuttled us to a hotel during the repair time. Once the repair was completed and checked, we were on our way! While there I saw an award that they received for being the best in the Central Valley. I was impressed by the professionalism every single person that was employed at Franks. We consider ourselves very fortunate that the issue happened near Tulare and we happened to select Franks.     JC Fields: These guys are awesome. I had two vehicles that needed smog. I ended up at Linderos because they were one of the few shops open on Saturday. Bobby was great, they got me in answered all my questions about my car passing smog. They were so friendly and did such a great job I immediately took my second car to them for smog. Great shop, Im definitely going back.

    Michele Phillips: They were amazing! I spent 2 mo and drove 1700 miles. Went to a small smog shop and all they would say is keep driving, over 10 visits to them. I changed the battery a month before I got the smog test paper from DMV. So I could not clear the catalyst and O2. Went to the dealer two weeks ago and they smiled and just told me to keep driving. I was really feeling defeated. Then Ryan at Big Brand tire store told me to go to MAS and see Juan. I went there and they listened. They didn’t say go drive it. It turned out everything was working right and they felt updating the computer might help. They did and it worked. Two days after I dropped it off it passed smog. What a nightmare. These gentlemen are amazing. They have my recommendation for any work you could need done. I can’t give them enough praise. Thank you, Michele Phillips

    Sam: I went to this repair shop because unfortunately the one I go to religiously was super booked. It was October of 2022 and I took my car in for a cam shaft sensor code. I paid the bill, and left under the presumption that my car was fixed, because according to the shop , it was. Not even two days later, the car is turning off. I take it in as soon as I can , which was 5 days later. The man runs a diagnostic and the same code as the previous time pops up. He verbally confirms to me it’s the same code. I left while they tried to figure out was the problem was. I received a call from the shop telling me it was a completely different issue. Over the phone we could not get to an understanding so I went in person. When I got there the owner was rude and I felt upset due to the fact that he refused to talk to me directly, instead the lady at the office was telling me what he was saying. When I asked him to please speak to me directly he didn’t(I also speak Spanish and the man was speaking Spanish, which I asked him to speak to me directly). He tried to tell me again it was not the same problem or even the same code until I told him his employee (man from when I first took it in) had told me it was. After a heated discussion where we were both mutually agitated, after I called him out for not speaking to me directly, he agreed he would review all possible problem so I would not have to be back to his shop. I paid yet another bill . Then a couple months later (today) , the vehicle has the same codes pop up. They said warranty was over and it could once again be multiple problems or the parts were faulty and I was going to have to pay for yet another diagnostic and repair bill. I drove my car to my regular shop where they will be looking into the codes . Moral of the story , yes, this place may seem more affordable and may take your car in fast but next time I’ll to stick with repair shops that actually offer warranty and won’t beat around the bush or even just give you a temporary fix to your vehicle.
