5 /5 Kevin Spencer: Franks Automotive is outstanding! We had an engine coolant issue while traveling. We were out of the area so didnt know what repair businesses were knowledgeable and backed their work up. We showed up on a busy day. All who worked there were very nice and accommodating. Franks fit us into their busy schedule, the problem diagnosed, and parts ordered. Franks even shuttled us to a hotel during the repair time. Once the repair was completed and checked, we were on our way! While there I saw an award that they received for being the best in the Central Valley. I was impressed by the professionalism every single person that was employed at Franks. We consider ourselves very fortunate that the issue happened near Tulare and we happened to select Franks. 5 /5 James: Franks offers affordable work, with a professional and friendly environment. Ive had both my cars worked on at Franks. They offer full point inspection with an oil change. They even shuttled me to where I needed to go while they serviced my car. I would recommend Franks to anyone needing vehicle service. Also, Erik is awesome. He helped me every step of the process. Very informative. I dont remember the owners assistants name, but she shuttled me. She was a very careful and safe driver. She was a sweetheart. And, she had an infectious smile. Franks is the place to go for vehicle service.

Couldn’t do without my car before I left on a trip so it was so helpful that they could pickup my car from home, test and repair it, and then deliver it back to my driveway before I returned from my trip. The staff is always very friendly and helpful! They are a pleasure to do business with!

5 /5 Shiloh Medina: Frank’s Automotive did an excellent job discovering the root cause of the problem why my AC was not blowing cold air. They did a FREE thorough inspection of my cooling unit and replaced a part that was overheating which caused the cooling system to shut down. In the past, other shops would just put more freon, and year after year I had the same old problem with my AC. I am truly glad that I took my van to Frank’s Automotive. I am surely satisfied with their quality of work and how fast the service was completed. Their charge was also reasonable and they also dropped off my van to my house.
