Logan Presley I brought my 1994 F 350 box van to these guys. The first job, I was pretty sure I needed a expensive injection pump. After they diagnosed it, they said my fuel system was fine, but my starter was not ok. Saved me a lot of money. So then I took my van back to them to have the passenger side exhaust manifold replaced. These vans are not fun to work on. They got it done, but the dipstick tube was damaged in the process. Thats something that just happens on these old vehicles. They fixed it, changed the oil, marked the new dipstick, and all is good. I highly recommend these guys.

We were out of the area so didnt know what repair businesses were knowledgeable and backed their work up. We showed up on a busy day. All who worked there were very nice and accommodating. Franks fit us into their busy schedule, the problem diagnosed, and parts ordered. Franks even shuttled us to a hotel during the repair time. Once the repair was completed and checked, we were on our way! While there I saw an award that they received for being the best in the Central Valley. James Franks offers affordable work, with a professional and friendly environment. Ive had both my cars worked on at Franks. They offer full point inspection with an oil change. They even shuttled me to where I needed to go while they serviced my car. I would recommend Franks to anyone needing vehicle service. Also, Erik is awesome. He helped me every step of the process. Very informative. I dont remember the owners assistants name, but she shuttled me. She was a very careful and safe driver. She was a sweetheart. And, she had an infectious smile.
