Car was done quick and he didn’t charge me any extra money to keep it at the shop while I saved the money to pay for the service. My car had been having problems for a while and the old mechanic I went to only gave me temporary fixes and sugar coated the situation, this mechanic told me everything that was wrong with it straight up. Christie D: I am a single mom with a debilitating medical condition that requires me to travel from my home in the central valley to visit my autoimmune doctors in LA several times a year. Unfortunately I was on one of these trips when my AC went out. I was in an unknown town (Tulare) and I looked up mechanic shops in the area. Auto Clinic came up in my search and had good reviews. I felt blessed when I told the owner my story he said to bring my car down ASAP and he would fix what was wrong and get me back on the road in time for my doctors appointment. He "replaced" several parts, added freon and got me back on the road for under $1000. I thought I had found an angel on this earth to do all of this at a moments notice. I made it to my scheduled drs appointment and headed back home. I was in a great deal of pain and thought that was why my AC felt like it was going out again and just not keeping cool. I took it to my local mechanic that has worked on all my family/friends vehicles. He put my car on the rack and instantly called me to double check was was replaced on the invoices I was given by Auto Clinic. To my shock the new parts I was billed for were never put on my vehicle. There was zero parts replaced. I assume he added freon and got me on my way, thinking I would be non the wiser. I have called and called asking for this man to make it right. He says he will get back to me and never calls. Going to take him to small claims court. Just dont want anyone to fall victim.

Reyna Mr. “The2ndLetter”: Excellent customer service. The gentleman that smogged my car let me know exactly what my numbers meant on my vehicle. Also, he took the time to talk to me about how to keep my car running efficiently. The only thing was that the price was extremely high. It being an older car was the shops reason for the price.
