Zentrums Joe and his mechanics have been a lifeline to keep this aging workhorse fit and roadworthy. Yes, major components--like the transmission 2.5 years ago)--are failing and are increasingly expensive to R&R. But where else am I going to find a large, comfy sedan these days that gets 40+ freeway mpg on bio or renewable diesel for less than the down-payment on a new microcar. Shop rates look far more reasonable in that context--- independent shop rates, that is. The cost to repair at dealership rates would have seen her scrapped long ago. Joe is sympathetic, honest, communicates well, and stands by his shops work. Turnaround has occasionally been slow, but understandable given the diagnostic challenges a 28-year old car can produce. If they can do so well for me and my cranky old dowager, think what they can do for your sexy new MB/BMW zoomster.

    Melese Getenet Dessie: Ive received service at 3D Auto twice, and both experiences were excellent. The first time, I had an issue with noisy brakes, and they diagnosed and fixed the problem quickly. The second time, I had a flat tire that was also damaged, and they not only replaced the tire and broken sensor but also arranged a tow truck for me when I couldn’t drive the car in — all at a reasonable price. The repair shop is clean, well-organized, and the customer care is excellent. I highly recommend 3D Auto for reliable and reasonably priced car repair.

    TL Carroll: So rude for absolutely no reason. I tried to call to inquire about service and no one picked up. It’s a small shop so maybe they’re just busy. I go up there and wait until Alem is done with another service so I could ask for a quote on a map sensor replacement. One of his workers starts yelling at me because I asked if he was able to do a quote as I didn’t know who was Alem out of the 3 men there and then I ask Alem for the quote and he states he doesn’t work on small cars. At the same time, He has a Prius that’s being worked on in the lot. My car is a 2013 beetle which is literally the same size….pathetic

    Devon Cazmere: I took my car to Harry on May 3 2024 for same non drivability issues headlight bulbs taillights etc. There were a few lights on the dash cluster no engine warnings. Harry said I could get the car back in a few days its been OVER A YEAR....He wont return texts wont answer the phone and if he does answer he swears the car is being worked on or will be ready the following week. He claimed he took the car to Weatherford BMW for a diagnosis so I called Weatherford they told me that the car had not been there in over 7 years. I called him he answered the phone and said he was on his way back from Weatherford with the car so I popped in on him...Got to the shop it was closed decided to spin the block where I find my car covered in Spider webs on a dead end street....it hadnt been moved in quite some time. I went back to the shop he was there by then, I asked him where was my car her said it was in his friends drive way...I FLASHED....I dont know whats going on with Harry but the lies and evasion is real.
