I had to get both my car and my neighbor’s car fixed, which is no small ask—especially on a tight timeline and with only one vehicle for our family, which we depend on daily for things like getting my daughter to school. I found this shop simply by driving by and popping in, but from the moment I walked through the door, I was treated like family.
Getu, the owner, was an absolute gem. He went above and beyond to locate hard-to-find parts, got my neighbor’s car fixed the same day (a Saturday!), and helped me navigate what was otherwise an overwhelming situation. By Monday, he had sourced the part for my car and had it fully repaired by the end of the day.
As a woman, it’s all too common to fear being taken advantage of at auto shops—overpaying, getting upsold, or simply not being taken seriously. That never happened here. I was met with kindness, integrity, and genuine care every step of the way.
