2 /5 Janey Melczarek: Nice gallery with beautiful things BUT dont fall for the well ship it to you for your convenience ploy. We bought an bulky item (April 23rd) and they said theyd ship it to us for a nominal fee. Ok, we bought the item, paid the shipping fee and expected it to be shipped to us in the next few days. NOPE. We returned home and waited but didnt receive the item. Called 10 days later and Oh sorry, didnt realize the owner never ordered your item. The owner has had a nasty fall and has been out but shell take care of it tomorrow - ok no problem. Waited some more and still no delivery. Called again and advised that we still hadnt received the item - Oh it just shipped out - ok but feel that we should get our shipping fee refunded since its been such a delay - Ok, well send you a check for the shipping on May 20th. Its now June 12th and still no reimbursement has been received. Wont answer our phone call - so a review it is. Sad, we tried to work with the merchant but a customer should only have to do so much to get their purchase and to expect a little bit of customer service.

1 /5 Kim Leisure: I bought a bracelet from them and it broke within 2 weeks. I called them to ask for an exchange because I loved the bracelet and they assured me once I sent the bracelet back they would send me a new one. I never heard back and had to follow up with them score four times each time with a different excuse as to why a new one had not been shipped. The other problem was the failed to communicate any information with me. I had to chase them down. I ended up not wanting the bracelet at all. Worst customer service and follow up ever.

5 /5 Lindsey Gilbert: Wow, love love love this unique and artistic shop! I’m a sucker for anything resin and natural stone artwork and sure enough, I was able to find so many household items that really elevate the space. Their beautifully crafted kitchenware was to die for. They have a local artist that creates resin cutting boards and partial glazes on the edges that are devine. We purchased one cutting board; although I wanted one of each! I also found this super beautiful natural stone light to put in our living room. If my fiancé wasn’t there to hold me back from grabbing everything, I probably would have LOL. Definitely worth a visit if you appreciate supporting local artists!

5 /5 Peter Xaymountry: My fiancée and I had a great time checking out this shop after visiting Sand Harbor Beach. We were walking around this shopping mall and my fiancée wanted to look at earrings in here. She found 2 that she like and the lady working there that day was very helpful and friendly to us. They had some nice pictures on the wall for sale, I didnt know about the no pictures even though it was posted on the white papers around the store. But the lady didnt kick me out and was very understanding, I did that before my fiancée was looking at the earrings. She found one that she like and got it. They had some amazing pictures that I wouldve got for my living room or bedroom but since I flew into Sacramento I didnt think it would fit in an airplane.

2 /5 A Claire (clairadelune): I don’t know if she’s the owner or if she was having a bad day but I had such a weird experience at this gallery. I’ve lived in Tahoe on and off for years and I ever never been treated with such disrespect. I am a black woman and my two friends with me were also of color and the second we walked into this gallery the woman manning the store came from behind the desk and followed us as we tried to peacefully enjoy the art. All around the store there were signs saying not to take photos and we were respectful and followed the rules. There was another woman in the store taking photos with the camera sound on and the person running the store wasn’t following her or keeping an eye on her. I’m shocked at how blatantly obvious her bias was in assuming that we were in there to cause trouble or whatever she thinks 25 year old women of color are up too in a gallery. I simply wanted to show my friends from out of town this cool gallery and the art of the local artists and it’s very disappointing that in a place as public the heavenly ski resort that this business is able to just assume the worst in people. Thought artists types were supposed to be kind and understanding of all people, I’ll take my business to other many local galleries in Tahoe. Hope whoever that lady was is just having bad day and isn’t just a profiler.
