I hosted a paint and sip on the grassy area, and it was absolutely gorgeous looking out into the mountains and the sea. Highly recommend folks to picnic here if you get the chance to! Lots of cute dogs too :)

5 /5 Fishing Paradise California: Other than being extremely popular like everywhere else in Lake Tahoe this beach is very gorgeous. Its hot access to the water and picnic areas to hang out. We spent the 4th of July here one year and had a really good time with our kids. There are better places to see the fireworks but this is a good option. Be prepared for large crowds if you do decide to come enjoy on a holiday weekend. Be patient finding parking you will need it.

5 /5 SP Reviewer: Very great place to take a walk and enjoy the view. The water is very clear and we can see the mountains too. We visited this place in the month of end of May and it was cold. There is a play area where kids can play and also seating area. The parking is also available and there are restrooms.

I will say!!! please pack in and pack out if you have little ones, take the trash away from them so it doesnt end up littered on the trail.. including your little green bags of poop lol Thats still considered l Littering have fun

A lot of yard galleries that Ive gone to do not have anything unique and are way overpriced. Not the case here. High quality, unique pieces combined with woods very informative conversation made this short visit a highlight of my short visit to Tahoe this time around.

Ayden Castro: There’s ups and downs in the middle of trail, rocky terrain that’s manageable. I saw old people, father’s with babies on their back doing this hike as well as dogs and kids. You’ll be alright, just watch your step especially on the rocks and rocks with dirt on em. They can be slippery. The waterfall has multiple waterfalls, and the water is cold. There is also a nice view of Lake Cascade and the falls from a distance.

Nikolai Mannsfeld: This was the view spot on the highway. There was plenty of camping spots available, some cool historic buildings they had available for tours, great dock, great trail, and amazing water. We loved seeing the blue, clear, and cold water. Highly recommend this viewing spot!
