2 /5 Raven Kurosaki: Great doctors, terrible office system. My experience so far:
Took more than 4 hours just to secure an appointment as a returning patient, and the system is really confusing. Receptionist relayed me to their scheduling department, who didnt seem to know what to do with me when I said I was scheduling an appointment to get tests done. Sends me to the nurse. I had to leave a voicemail each time I was sent somewhere else. Eventually the scheduling lady schedules me properly, but I still dont understand what was so complicated about this process.
My name is spelled incorrectly even though I wrote down my correctly spelled name at the first visit, as I was asked to by the office staff. It was never updated in the system.
I am rating this facility 2 stars only because Dr. Ali is a fantastic cardiologist who knows what hes doing. He deserves 10 stars, but dealing with this office really gives me a headache.
