Cool Mercury: Chane was my stylist in JUNE. he’s super cool. I appreciated the banter and his choice of live music. His work was superb, as I didn’t need too much done from a basic barber. I’m going for an old fashioned, longer hair style; so, I’m going for lengthy hair after years with skin fades. Chane was able to set my hair to grow cleanly. I’m going back for touch ups. And he’s my choice now. (End of my 5 star review) (Update) And I should have waited until I could visit for a stylist who I was sure who listened. I grew out my hair another 3 months. Then, I set an appointment this last week. But I accepted a new stylist available on a Friday. I showed a variety of pictures of Alex Costa and Bradley Cooper with medium hair lengths with long bangs. Instead, my bangs were cut to half my forehead. It’s upsetting.

We have called and they have said we dont make appointments? Which is it? There customer service is poor and they need to really reevaluated the people they hire. When I called their person called me rude? If I ran my business like this , o would kit have a business. Thank goodness for the Parker - they will take great care of us.
