Mark Gonzalez: Manager is rude and telling my kid thats not how his hair was before because he wants a different cut. And shes upset. We can change hairstyles if we want! & blond lady working with her is very rude(Jessy). We made appointments but she doesnt want to do it so manager is doing both. We are now waiting while she(Jessy) just stands around.15 minutes sitting here & she is doing nothing. No other customers.last time here she was talking bad about customers right in front of us, very bad attitude. Manager(Kathy) is very rude & arguing with me because I asked her nicely why the other lady didnt cut his hair and she is still just standing around. They are very rude & argumentative. These two are always lazy. The good ones leave, we will not be back. Two haircuts are now done & the blond(Jessy) with the same old angry face is still just sitting there . Wow! You just lost business & seems you want no business. We were in the store 45 minutes and Jessy did nothing, but didnt want to cut my kids hair. Its crazy how she treats customers and or possible customers!! We should have just left. Manager said to me she doesnt care how Jessy treats people. I said she should!
Paula Pohan Davies: I found Alex at Agape Salon when I was looking for someone to fix the mess my hair was in after a disastrous experience in my hometown up in the SF Bay Area. Believe me, I scoured the Internet looking for the very BEST Salon in the entire Coachella Valley, and I came up with Agape. Next I needed to single out the Hair Professional who could rectify, improve and rescue my poor hair and my confidence. Alex was and is the answer to my prayers!! She spent a full hour with me discussing what I wanted and how to achieve it, as well as shampooing, deep conditioning and massaging my head and even my hands! Talk about a stress buster. With Aromatherapy, no less! Next was thee cut. She went ever so carefully getting to the chiseled look I wanted. No rash moves or surprises! Then on to the final styling.
