It was after much discussion. She takes the time to explain/educate and you. Zule wants you to know the pros and cons of what youre asking for. She cares about her clients (their lives and hair). I took my daughter to Zule for her first hair cut at age 5. She gave her the royal treatment. Before she moved away, she made sure I had another hair dresser she trusted to hand me off to. You need 100% trust and faith in who does your hair. I highly recommend Zule...shes worth every penny!
