Michelle Marrs: Extermly disapointed I just had to file for a complaint with my Bank. Yesterday over the phone to get refunded for the worst Hair Coloring & Cut I had received. Since I moved to this one shop backwords town out of the Bay Area!
The owner did this botched up job herself after she talked me into a low light job for my whole hair besides my bangs last Fri. Plus over thinned my hair. Gave me a problem the other day over the phone after I just noticed how unprofessional it had been made. She clearly didnt want to stay on the line and hanged up on me. The way she handled herself was childished! Didnt bother to offer anymore of her of own time to let me come back down to recolor my hair free of charge. Nor told me about another stylist I could go down to see to redue my hair. I had tried being nice to her entire salon staff apperently their under the given impression that Im too bossy! For how I like my hair done a certain way. Ashely didnt like the fact that my prev stylist whose 3 hrs back in Los Gatos, CA knew how to do my hair the way I liked it. Plus knew how to do a natural look that you can tell has been done with the color fusion job with Redken vol 20.
I had been told to reschdule my appt for a later time instead of having done when requested last Fri instead of Thurs. The Color Fusion product wasnt even in the salon after giving them more then enough time go even have it ready on the day of my appt. I DID txt and sechduled in advanced for what I wanted for a coloring job and she tells me to my face claiming she never receivced my txt!?! I had been waiting for a response for 2 wks for any reply. Which is another red flag with how their not that serious in the way their running shop. It was the right number! Another women named Angela whom I had to speak to put in my info to even TRY to see the salon owner for my appt. Obviously didnt put down my entire info into the system seeing exactly what I txted to her boss for what I wanted done. Dont go down to this salon if you want your color job done by actual people who know exactly what their doing. Just look at how my entire hair looks uneven from the low light/highlight job. It doesnt even look like my hair got colored at all!
Angelo: I went in for a haircut and got one of the best $10 haircuts I can remember. A lot better than some of the 30 and $40 haircuts Ive had recently. Staff was very knowledgeable and attentive to their students as they performed their work. I will definitely be going back. I will be a regular customer
Linda Elliott: Bree is such a grecat colorist! I have been seeing her for years and frequently I have total strangers stop me and note that they love my hair. She keeps it healthy and the color is personalized to my skin tone.
Vicki Evans: I love Jen! She consistently provides high quality service. What makes her stand out from others is that she always has a friendly smile, laugh and positive vibe! Jen is just an amazing lady all around!
Lea-Marie Hayward: Great experience. Walk in for an acrylic fill and gel, no appointment. The salon was busy, but my wait time was 10 minutes at most. They were thorough, gave a fabulous hand and wrist massage, and my nails look great. Price point was very reasonable, and they accept a card or venmo, in addition to cash.
Planning on returning.
Amber Newman: The ladies were nice, but my nails look terrible. I paid $60 for really ugly nails. They are thick, bumpy and bubbly. Very frustrating for the price
