1 /5 Laura Abangan: I am deeply disappointed with the service I received at Olivias Nail Spa today. Typically, I have had excellent experiences here, with staff who genuinely care for their customers, providing thorough and meticulous care for both manicures and pedicures. However, todays experience was drastically different.
The group of ladies working today did not offer the same level of service that I have come to expect. My pedicure felt rushed, and my concerns about the quality of the work were ignored. The nail polish was applied sloppily, showing a clear lack of care. To make matters worse, at the end of the service, the technician demanded a tip, questioning how I would tip if I were paying by card. Out of politeness, I tipped $5 on my card, but this felt inappropriate given the poor service.
Moreover, the cost of the pedicure was unexpectedly high. What normally costs $25 ended up being $42, including charges for sandals that are usually complimentary when the owner is present. I was charged an additional $2 for these.
I have always wanted to support local businesses, but this experience was a waste of my money and left me deeply disappointed. I hope this review will be taken into consideration and prompt changes at Olivias Nail Spa. Unfortunately, I will be seeking nail services elsewhere from now on.
