3 /5 Noelle Mabutas: I’ve been coming to this place for years (since they opened the salon). The quality of service has drastically changed. My nails used to last me weeks without chipping. However, the past few times I have gone, they have chipped super quickly.. I noticed this time they cut my cuticles after dip/painting my nails which left an indent from my cuticle line to where they painted. The dip/paint lasted me three days, you can tell from the photo that the dip/paint was beginning to lift where the cuticle line meets the dip, which super unfortunate. Mind you, I do not use harsh chemicals on or near my hands that would cause this. Considering the amount of money I’ve spent here over the years to present I would hope that they would put better quality out there. I hate to be the person to write a review but after being a long time customer and the experience I continue to encounter enough is enough. (The first photo was taken three days after getting them done. The second is a week later)

5 /5 Robin Kincade: I love this Shoppe. I’m a difficult client because I don’t always like to go get my nails done but every time I come here that only do they do a great job. They are so nice! I highly recommend this business. They do a fantastic job on my nails

5 /5 Heather S: I have now been here 3x and can’t say enough good things about the place. I have had different technicians each time and they were all good. Tina, is my favorite so far. The care she took with my nails was lovely. My daughter got her nails done by Linh and they’re fabulous! She does a great job with designs.

2 /5 Magdalyn Kerslake: Im giving a 2-star rating instead of a 1 because, being a hair stylist myself, I recognize that its challenging to satisfy every client. However, the service I received for $140 was unsatisfactory. After seeing how well they seem to do 3D chrome nails on Instagram, I was so excited to give this salon a try. I showed them the inspo photo and made it clear that understand that it wouldn’t look exactly like the inspo photo however, they assured me they could deliver. Unfortunately, my experience left much to be desired as I felt rushed and received nails that bore no resemblance to the inspo photo, yet alone any decent looking nails I’ve ever seen. Despite requesting adjustments, after 2.5 hours, they appeared even worse – clumpy, thick and messy. Given the price I paid, I had expected a higher level of professionalism. Furthermore, as a cosmetologist, I was appalled by the salons lack of sanitation, evident in their use of dirty instruments and using single use instruments on multiple different clients. I’ll include the nails before and after the adjustment, and the inspo photo.

1 /5 Jasmine Chen: Unusual technique. My technician (Sky) insisted on doing cuticles AFTER applying acrylics when I asked for it before application. It’s only been one day and the lunula is already exposed. For $85 I would prefer a manicure that lasted longer.
