I’m not local to the area otherwise I would be a regular customer. I came on a Monday morning and they were not busy at all. The salon was clean and spacious, and had a generally pleasant atmosphere.
My nails were in pretty rough shape when I came in from a previous full set I had gotten elsewhere. Britney took her time and was extra careful with my nails because she could see how damaged they were. I get Gel X nails regularly, every 4 weeks or so, and you can tell when someone is good vs. bad at doing this type of nail extension. She was very good at the application. She had exactly the shape and length I wanted which is always a good sign. (Often times salons will only carry one size and length of gel x tips, and then they’ll make them they shape you want but they’re not always uniform).
I’m very happy with my nails. I have to have them done a specific way for work, and they’re perfect.
