Norco Service Center-Goodyear - Mammoth Lakes (CA)

1 /5 Jose Cruz: Ive lived in Mammoth for over 30 years. I try and give my business to different mechanic shops but this location lacks common business knowledge. I took my vehicle for a basic wheel alignment, I was contacted to be informed that they didnt align vehicles of my model year. Still got charged $100 for having dropped off my vehicle.

5 /5 Lasse Silkjaer: Had some issues with noise on my Sprinter van, which I was not able to identify. Went to another local shop before coming here, where they treated me quite disrespectfully. Went to Norco, who asked me to come back 45 mins later. Came back and they were able to identify it. It wasnt anything serious that needed immediate attention, so I could drive on. They didnt charge me anything.

5 /5 Ramon: Came to Norco close to 5pm with a leaking tire and a short time to get to our next stop. They asked to come back next morning. They did an awesome and well-priced job and we were back on our way at 8:20am. Thank you!

5 /5 Elleana Bone: They are super nice and helped me figure out what was wrong with my car. They were honest and told me I didn’t need to fix it asap and I could let someone else do it, they didn’t try to bait me into buying anything from them.

1 /5 DHR550: They did an alignment. Told me I need new tie rods. I approve the work. 2 weeks later they are leaking. Stay away from this shop. Born and raised local. Worst experience Ive had at a mechanic.
