I’d like to add I’ve been going for over 5 years . I went in to get my nails done .The next day my nail chips.I happen to be in town for the weekend so I stopped by thinking easy fix right.Nope not at all instead the lady is telling me she can’t fix it she can put polish over it mind you my nails are natural so it’s already feeling like it’s going to snag and eventually break. I tell her hey I live an hr away can you just fix it she insists I come back tomorrow which I’m not . I’ll say the service at this place has went down I don’t know where they find these nail techs but what bothers me is how much I have to pay for natural nails all for them to not to be worth the $80 spent.
Venice Nails & Spa - Ontario Crystal: Where do I start…. I really hate my nails and will have to visit another salon to get them polished correctly. As you can see from the photos the polish is blotchy and doesn’t cover the entire nail. My cuticles were not trimmed, she only did one nail literally. Also, when she was done she added oil and lotion while all the dust was still on my hand from filling. I had to ask to wash my hands to remove the dust first….thought that was common practice. It just felt like she was rushing to get to other clients. Won’t be back. I tried to get good pics of the nails but was unable too.
GLOW BAKERY & NAILS - Ontario Danielle Villamena: Went today with some family, we walked in and seated us right away. Cousin 1 got acrylics with cat eye and nail art, cousin 2 got a pedicure, and I got gel manicure with nail art. We were all super happy with our technicians/artists and the prices! After we explained what we would like, they went over the cost with us to make sure we understood how much it would cost and if we were still okay with that. My nail tech was Jeff and he did a wonderful job with the snowflakes on my fingers! 10/10 would recommend Glow Bakery and Nails!
RANCH NAILS SPA - Ontario Renee Gutierrez: I took my 7-year-old for a manicure, and we were both really impressed! The staff did an excellent job and made the process enjoyable. We didnt have to wait long at all, which is always a plus with kids. Everyone was very nice and accommodating, making it a great outing for us. Highly recommend this place for a fun and relaxing manicure!
True Nails & Spa - Ontario Jeraldine Otero: Loved this place. Jennifer was really funny and really took care of me. She did my pedicure. But the lady that did my full set (I didn’t catch her name but she is a manager) she did AMAZING. I am getting married soon and I gave them a picture and they really went above and beyond to make sure I got the nails that I wanted. Everyone was making a big deal out of my nails and I felt so *main character* definitely coming back here. Thank you so much!
Euphoria Nails & Spa - Ontario OFELIA RAMIREZ: This is the first time Ive gotten my nails done here. I asked for a full GelX set and a pedicure. I chose the deluxe pedicure it was amazing. Probably one of the best pedicures Ive got in years, definitely worth the $60. I also got a full set of Gel X and although I did have an issue the first time around. I was able to speak with V on the following business day. She offered me to come in and get my nails fixed however when I arrived the and the staff when above and beyond with their customer service. V insisted on fixing all my set, which I was really surprised by and not expecting at all. She and the staff made me feel comfortable. Also was given a gift certificate, which I tried to refuse because I felt like they had already did enough however V insisted. I am super happy that We were able to work it out and will definitely be return here.
PS: They have a 72 hour policy from the time you get your service if anything goes wrong they will fix it which I didnt know before today.
Elegant Nails - Ontario Carlita C: Asked Chair 7 for French tip. She cut nails waaay too short, made my fingers bleed and lines are thick and uneven. Unhappy with nails. However she did do a better job on my pedi. I will definitely not ask her to do my mani again.
California Nails II - Ontario Stephanie Fitivale: I’m a frequent visitor, i come every 2 weeks for 2 years now. I always leave happy and feeling great. They all know me and Im comfortable asking for different lengths or thickness and they accommodate no rudeness at all. In the last 2 years I’ve broken one nail, on a camping trip (my fault) and they repaired no cost. I bring my family here and always refer others without negative feedback. You need to communicate just like any other service, they can’t read minds.
IVY NAILS & SPA - Ontario Nancy Ramos: Salon is under new management and it shows. The employees were all nice and friendly. (Greeted us with cold water bottles/ noticed I was on my phone and gave us the wifi password) I did a gel set which came out great and they gave me a free upgrade on my pedicure. Will definitely be coming back again.
Fun Nail & Spa Salon - Ontario Stephanie H.: I was in town visiting my mother for a few days and found this page on Google. I called and told them Id be bringing my mom in, and we both needed fills. I asked for the owner Cindy, but she wasnt working that day. So we came in, and my mom went to Jack. I had to wait, so I went next door to get my eyebrows threaded (great place next door), in the middle of my threading, my hubby comes and tells me that Cindy was waiting for me. Im like, "what?" Anyway, Cindy heard I asked for her and came in just to do my nails.... and she did an amazing job and actually fixed some issues I had with the previous set without me even telling her. Not only that, compared to Atlanta, the prices were excellent! Whenever I come to visit (every other month), I will be coming here. (Picture is 2 weeks later)
