3 /5 Aliana playz: This was my first time visiting Ranch Nails Spa, and I wanted to share my experience. Unfortunately, it didn’t start on a great note due to the receptionist at the front desk. She was unfriendly and unprofessional. When I walked in, instead of greeting me, she was more focused on coloring her hair with powder dye (her hair is pink and black). I stood there for a moment before she finally said, “Check in,” without looking up and continued with her task. She seemed irritated that I had interrupted her.
I also wasn’t aware that I had to enter my phone number and name, and her lack of communication made the process confusing. Honestly, I was very close to leaving after that encounter.
Thankfully, the nail techs, Vivian and Don, completely turned my experience around. They were professional, friendly, and did a fantastic job on my nails. They truly understand the importance of good customer service, which made up for the poor first impression.
Customer service is everything, and the receptionist could benefit from additional training to reflect the level of care the rest of the team provides.
