5 /5 T Goertz: I was looking to get some layers done for the first time and was calling around town. Mi was the first place to accept my last minute appointment 20 minutes after I called. I simply showed her the picture of the layers I wanted and she did an absolutely INCREDIBLE job. The owner herself cut my hair, and she was so amazing and talented. My new go-to spot for sure! Highly recommend, this is my future spot! Thank you Mi Salon!

Raquel was a great listener as I explained what I wanted and had a wealth of knowledge to help me decide what cut would be best for me. The whole staff was extremely helpful and friendly. The scalp massage was the best Ive had. Very pleased with my cut and will definitely go back for my next one.

5 /5 Kent L: Im a 61 y.o. man who is fortunate to still have a thick head of hair and so had been growing it out for 6-9 months hoping I could find someone to do something with it. I was in town to spend some much needed quality time with my woman (long distance relationship right now) and decided it was time to see if I could find someone to do something remarkable with my 1970s looking Covid hair. I walked in to Raquels salon on a whim and not only was I thankful my timing was perfect and she could take me, but I had the best experience of my life getting a hair cut! I know that sounds over the top, but its the reason Im making the effort to jot all this down. With very little discussion and her running her fingers through my hair, I was confident she somehow knew what to do when I didnt even know what I wanted. I think all I said was "Hey..if I was a movie star or other famous person I know somebody could do something special with this long mop of hair".. and she did. Not only that, but a scalp massage, shampoo and rinse massage were all included for $55! Really? in Santa Barbara? I went to look for the correct spelling of her name on the salon website and so came across her Bio. You should read it. It resonates perfectly with the experience I had there.
