1 /5 Paulina Allende: If I could give this a zero star rating, I would. My mom took the day off of work to take the car to get serviced. I made an appointment online and wrote that we were requesting, under general service, service and tires. The only reason that we had decided to get the tires at Toyota was for convenience. We have a service plan already paid for. The service light is turned on. My mom left the car all day at Toyota service and received the car, with the maintenance light still turned on. Staff were zero help. Manager decided to leave the office early and so there was nobody to talk to. Absolute waste of a day and money down the drain. We will be asking for a refund.
