With everyone. It’s very nice best clinic that I seen in my past five years
Communicare Health Center - Davis fredie mcguy: Nice building but many of the employees working here are sub par. The location is clean and safe, the building is well maintained and there are lots of TVs and an area for kids to play. The biggest problem is the staff, especially at reception. The woman working at the front desk has an attitude problem and acts as if she doesnt want to be there. She was rude and provided little help in answering even the most basic questions. The majority of the medical staff take their jobs seriously, but there are a handful that behave as if working at this clinic is not something that they need to take seriously. Also setting up appointments is overly complicated and must be made on average 6 weeks into the future. A better management and change of attitude with many of the employees could really make this clinic into an exceptional establishment, but sadly right now it is sub standard.
Sutter Davis Hospital Family Birthing Center - Davis Sharissa Easter: I delivered my baby girl here on Valentine’s Day and had the most amazing birth experience, I knew going into it that I would have such a better experience than I did with my first baby that I delivered at Valley Care/Stanford in Pleasanton, because of rave reviews from a few friends. This birthing center is very mama-focused and respects your wishes. They don’t try to push all the hospital policy BS on you. They fed me lunch right before my labor kicked into high gear, telling me I would need the energy! At Valley Care I could only have ice.
From all of the labor pain coping options they offer to how amazing the nurses, doctors and midwives are, my experience was as close to perfect as it could have been. My precipitous labor prevented me from utilizing the birth tub or the many other options they have that I wanted to try, but if you’re going for an unmedicated birth (or medicated), this is the place to be!!!
Kaiser Permanente Davis Medical Offices - Davis Steph L: The optometrist doctor himself was excellent, but the first main reception area was completely disappointing. The staff lacked any trace of warmth or friendliness, creating a cold and uninviting atmosphere. No eye contact. Their attitudes were dismissive, and the absence of basic customer service etiquette was very noticeable. This was my second experience with the Davis facility, and unfortunately, it was no better. Even the MAs and staff in the pediatric department showed no compassion or customer service skills. They had no problem openly showing their attitudes on their faces, further adding to the discomfort and unprofessionalism of the experience.
I have worked with patients, customers and general public for about 10 years so I believe that to improve the experience for patients, the facility should focus on making staff more welcoming and compassionate. Training staff on better customer service and encouraging them to show kindness, especially in the reception area and pediatrics, would go a long way. It’s also important to make sure staff are mindful of their attitudes and how they come across, as a simple smile can make a big difference. Gathering feedback from patients regularly and having leadership step in to offer support would help ensure everyone feels heard and cared for. These small changes could create a much more positive and comfortable environment for patients.
Sutter Davis Hospital Outpatient (Ambulatory) Surgery Center - Davis Amanda Weakland: Sadly because of my current living situation I feel as if my visit could have gone better seeing as how I overheard my very own dr saying they should put my things in a grocery cart when the nurse was trying to figure out a location for the bags. Mind you I didn’t know if I was going to have to stay the night so one bag was clothes one bag was snacks and the other was my every day backpack with things I need and things to entertain me if the need to stay happened. Yes they were not the cleanest but comments like that in the healthCARE profession are not even ok. My position in life is not who I am but a product of a series of unfortunate events one right after another and I’m just doing my best to try and survive but I’m not gonna bore you with the details. In any case I was not very satisfied with my visit to say the least
