As a local mom of two with urgent health concerns, I called 11 other general practitioners before reaching out to this office, desperate to find someone accepting new patients. I was exhausted, hopeful, and relieved when they agreed to schedule me with a nurse practitioner (they refused to make appt with doctor).
They asked me to submit forms but never mentioned a deadline or that my appointment would be canceled if they weren’t received on time. When my scanner failed, I sent photos instead. Then, just 30 minutes before my scheduled appointment—after arranging childcare and preparing to finally be seen—I received a message saying my appointment had been canceled and given to someone else. No warning, no attempt to work with me—just gone.
I pleaded with the office manager, explaining my situation and asking for a doctor’s appointment, only to be repeatedly dismissed and told I could only see a nurse. This level of cold indifference, lack of communication, and disregard for a patient’s well-being is shocking.
I cannot imagine how they treat long-term patients, let alone their own staff. If this is how they handle a new mother in need, affected by recent fires, and struggling to get care, I shudder to think what others experience.
Do not waste your time here—your health deserves better.
