5 /5 No one L3ft B3hind: I have not been to the office in a while bc my orthodontist left and there is a new one! I didnt feel heard when I called... But I came into the office for my sons visit ... I encountered a wonderful, pleasant, caring, thoughtful lady at the counter! Turns out that she was the office manager... KRISSY!! SHE BRIGHTENED MY ENTIRE DAY!! She understood my frustration! She resolved my issue! She made sure that I was taken care of! I appreciate her! I know that JESUS had her at the counter for me today!! Besides my wonderful experience with Krissy.... The office is very clean! Everyone is kind! They have a payment plan and they are very understanding! I really love it here!!

1 /5 Amanda Ford: If i could give negative stars I would. I went in for a crown and filling was told with insurance it would be $850. I knew this was a lie because I know my benefits and they had just overcharged me 369 for my daughters care. When i got the temp crown it was big and bulky and made my bite completely uneven. I was still numb and told them it was off so they made a slight correction. The next day I was eating and a bottom molar on the opposite side of the crown broke off. I went back and asked if they completed a bite test and they said yes. I asked for another bite test which then determined that the crown was too high which definably cause my other tooth to break. They are now trying to again to over charge me for the new root canal and crown I need because the incorrectly placed my temp crown. Do not go here they are scammers and need to be held accountable.

1 /5 Lia Henry: This is place is highly unprofessional. I was suppose to get my wisdom teeth removed and came 30 minutes before my appointment at 11am and signed the paperwork and everything. Some lady from the back came out and said that the surgeon had a “emergency” and that he might be back at 1pm and that she isn’t sure. My boyfriend used vacation hours so he could be my designated driver and I had a babysitter for my kid. It’s just a major inconvenience and a disrespect to my schedule plus the fasting for 8+ hours. Do better or offer a something in return. DO NOT RECOMMEND COMING HERE.

1 /5 Rachel Ward: DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE!! Save your time and money! From the frequent staff turnover, lack of communication, and poor client services! I was provided an estimate for implant services, and when I arrived for my appointment, suddenly the dentist was out of my network, and they wanted to charge me double! This location is definitely not Better Business Bureau accredited.

Jade Heredia: I had made an appointment for the beginning of the month of April and got seen. On the 29th, I’m suppose to get a cleaning and a called like a week and a half ago to see if everything was approved and they said yes. Then I get a call today saying no it’s not and we’re still waiting for authorization. So the lady in the office tells me “well you probably talked to corporate” I’m like so why would they tell me one thing and then you guys tell me another? And she said “well they don’t have all your information so they wouldn’t know” lady I don’t think that’s how that works. everytime I call this place they always say “well that’s what corporate said, we do things differently” OK THEN CHANGE THE NUMBER SO EVERYTHING IS DIRECTED TO YOUR OFFICE AND NOT CORPORATE! this location honestly sucks and is so dirty. And also it does not take up to 6 weeks for my insurance to approve a “cleaning” like that’s just ridiculous

Crystal Simmons: DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! They will cancel your appointment!!! I read it in the reviews, didnt heed the warning, and found out. I had appointments for my husband and I. I tried to call in advance, no one answered the phone. When I got there, they said theyre only taking ortho appointments. I asked why then book me for a new patient appointment. The girl at the front desk (was very nice BUT) said because the appointment was booked with corporate. I told her that the reviews were full of this very same complaint. She said she knew so... they know and theyre doing nothing about wasting peoples time. Theyre getting one star because zero stars is not an option. Completely and utterly ridiculous. Not to mention I was skeptical about visiting here anyway, knowing I should go to an actual private practice. I looked them up and found, they have an F rating on BBB. Never again!!!

Everyone is always so patient and kind with my littles. My 3 daughters always feel very comfortable here and they always do so well when having visits and any treatments!

MAI HER: Very good, quick and friendly. Love that they text reminders, easy xray that dont hurt my son mouth like traditional xray sheets, no waiting forever, they have personal ceiling tv for my son to watch. Only thing is that they dont have a anesthesia person in place, you have to wait a bit for the person to come into town since he travels to various locations, but still great overall experience!! They accept medi-cal!! Never had a problem so far, their appointment slecetion through text does get fill up quick so respond to the availability through text quick if you dont want to make the call. Also, note that my son is autistic and he loves it here.

So either the phone system needs work or someone was purposely hanging up instead of taking my call (10:20ish on a Friday morning). Since hours are not listed, I wanted to ensure that they would be open but since I cant even get THAT information with a simple phone call, Ill be going elsewhere.

They said they did... 2 years prior to an address I still lived at. Never got ANYTHING!! They billed my insurance wrong and of course its been so long that I cant fix it. Theyd make me wait at least 3 hours to be seen even if i had an appointment. Horrible, unprofessional, and lazy. I had to do the billers job 4 years later.
