5 /5 Janeth Godinez: It was my first time being at Happy Teeth Dental, my fiancé actually recommended me here. I want to say first off you do need to call ahead of time to see what their schedule is, due to their schedules sometimes being in the madera facility and sometimes in the Fresno facility.
I was a walk in, I initially spoke with Ashley over the phone and she was honestly so helpful and very polite, even went out of the way to call the other dentist for X-rays and called me back to keep my updated. We walked into the facility and the lady in the front desk was so polite and friendly, She actually made me feel comfortable and not as nervous ( I’m terrified of dentists due to the previous dentists I’ve been too).
The assistant was also very gentle with me when taking the X-rays and helping with the process!
The dentist actually explained what was happening to my teeth with X-rays and actual pictures, I was amazed by how she took her time to point out and take additional pictures and even handed me a mirror to see what she was talking about. She was very nice and helpful.
I was in and out in less that 2 hours with the procedures done and no pain at all! If you are paying out of pocket I recommend this place you will seriously save money! Will definitely be coming back, thank you!
