1 /5 jimmia jones: The most disrespectful customer service Ive ever had. I had an appointment with these people since last week. I called in and I told her that I wanted to wash a blow dryer and a flat iron for my daughters hair I asked how much it would be. She told me it depends on the hair. I told her my daughter has really curly hair. She told me she needed to see it I said okay thats fine. When I arrived to my daughters appointment she said that she expected regular curls whatever that means. She told me its going to take a long time. I said okay how much she told me $80 I said thats fine. Just as she was going to start to wash my daughters hair a male employee said oh she wants to wash too no thats going to be more money. I said I had already spoke to her about what I needed for my daughter all she had to do was look at her hair she said $80. He said that he didnt know that she wanted a wash, blow dry, a flat iron , I told him but she knew . The man argue with me about numerous of things I told them that I was going to wait till my daughter get situated and then go out shopping I pulled out my phone to take a photo before I left out the door that was an issue he proceeded to point to a sign saying that they were recording and told me that the sign said no recording then told me that they couldnt service me. Are you kidding me I had this appointment since last week since I walked in the door it was nothing but issues after issues. It was very disrespectful They need to work on their customer service skills and communication skills as a team.
