2 /5 Nirushi Silva: I went to get a balayage, hair cut, and fusio dose done. Ally is a very nice stylist, however she got the color wrong in the first time. She did a golden brown/orange balayage which I clearly wasn’t going for. I did tell them this is the wrong color and they agreed for a redo. Overall, the second time I gave clear instructions and got the dark chocolate brown color I was looking for, but they only did a retoner which only lasts 6weeks. They did not do the light ash brown color for the ends properly. One thing is that they did not have that color, but the old lady told me I can’t get that color just because they messed up. This wouldn’t have happened if they got the color right at the first time. Ally tried her best, and I’m 85% satisfied with the service. But, the color won’t last long, so not worth it. Usually a balayage lasts at least 10weeks, but the initial color was wrong. Not sure I will go again, but Ally was very nice and she did try. But, the old lady was a little rude. I had to give lot of instructions. If you are going for a color change be prepared to give exact color names. I only took a photo of what I wanted and hoped they know what they are doing, but that is not true.
