1 /5 Kenneth Enos: OMG this place has burnt me for the last time. I looked like chop suey like my toddler cut my hair. A couple of the ladies do wonderful work but its like Russian roulette-if you happen to get assigned to Grandma youre gonna have to pay another shop to correct the damage, which I did.

5 /5 Alex: My mom brought me to Donna 18years ago when she’d botched a haircut at home and brought me to Donna to fix the disaster. This lady never laughed at me or had her coworkers come check it out. Instead she gave me a phenomenal taper and charged us less than $10. 18 years later I am happy to say neither her service or prices have changed

1 /5 mayukh: ok this place is just trash. we had kid and parent say what we want as a haircut and the person there just ignored us and did what they wanted to do.

1 /5 Jordan: Cheapest haircut around. But you get what you pay for. First they asked me how I wanted my cut, before I could finish she got a phone call, picked it up, starting cutting my hair while on the phone for 5+ minutes. Then proceeded to take 4 more phone calls throughout the process, barely meeting the style I asked for. She spent more time on the phone then not, and clearly didnt care about the style my hair came out to. I should clarify, they werent just picking up the phone to schedule appointments with clients--that is totally understandable - - they were having 5-10 minute conversations paying 80% attention to the phone call and 20% attention to the person in the chair. She knicked her fingers from the scissors as she wasnt paying attention to the haircut.
