1 /5 parya khoshroo: This is the worst salon I’ve ever been to! Quyen, the lady who works there, is absolutely horrible. I told her over and over that I have sensitive skin around my eyebrows and did NOT want them thin. I specifically said multiple times to keep my feathered brow line intact, but she didn’t listen at all. She waxed everything off and made my eyebrows as thin as possible. She completely ruined my eyebrows! She left scars under my eyes. The whole area is swollen, painful, and looks terrible. I felt like crying when I saw what she had done. The nails were just as bad. She did such a sloppy job that it looked like I did it myself at home with a UV lamp. This place is a complete disaster. They don’t listen, they don’t care, and they do a horrible job. Avoid this place at all costs! I have updated the pictures even after two days the scars are getting worse and worse….

5 /5 Avisek Naug: LoAn is an excellent hair stylist. I have been getting my hair done at this place for the last 3 years, and she does her job so well. I only told her once about my preferred hair cut, and she remembers and styles neatly. Also, the prices are very affordable compared to similar places around the Bay Area.

5 /5 Linh Ly: LoAns is a hidden gem of a stylist. I admit, that I put off writing this review because I have gatekeeping. But this week has been over 2 years that Ive gone to Loan for my pixie cut. Anyone can do hair coloring and long hairstyles, but not everyone can do a great looking short haircut. During Covid, I grew out my hair and had it cut to donate it. I tried several stylists to get the right look for my facial features. Then I found LoAns because Its close to home. The first time, I explained to Loan my style and how I want something thats easy to take care of and professional looking. She listened to me and also offered some suggestions. I have a flat back of my head, but she cuts it in a way that gives me extra body. Loan does her magic! Now I am committed to Loan because she does such a great job! I always get compliments on my cut and how it fits me. And she is flexible and accommodating when I call day of, willing to fit me in whenever possible. I see her male clients and they look great as well. Hope she gets her calendar filled and more people hear about her.
