1 /5 Nomadically: After numerous attempts to book an appointment with this Salon using a Groupon coupon, the hair stylist who was extremely rude, expected me to do her administration for her. Bad customer service. I took an entire day to go to this salon to get my hair highlighted, the coupon read “color touch up”, this is misleading text because of course when I went to the Salon she tacked another $100 to the price. Additionally she made an extremely racist comment about my accent regarding being American. I am a US Citizen. She is not. Highly inappropriate behaviour. Extortionate salon. Don’t go here. Support America.

2 /5 Taurus Aries: Do not come here! I came here to cut my hair. I saw it was five-star for “Quy Hairstyle” on google map, so I thought it would be a very pleasant experience. However, it was only three to four cuts for $85. Can you believe it? Like wet hair without any technique involved!! The hairdresser also had very tough hair wash techniques that made my hair so uncomfortable. I expressed my unhappiness but she didn’t change! It was totally different from the services I received in a Japanese hairstyle with the same price. Do not come here for haircut for the fake five star reviews! See this Salon Millennium hairstyle reviews! Add-on 12/30/2024: I was sent phone call and texts after I left a 2-star review. It was through Zelle payment so the privacy was also intruded! The hairdresser asked me to go back and fix but it still makes me uncomfortable: if can be done better the first time, why not?

5 /5 Nidhi S: I got Balayage hair color done from this salon and they did a tremendous job. Elena asked for my preference and explained the process really well. She was able to exactly replicate the look I wanted. I valued her recommendations as she is a well experienced professional. She did a great job. Her daughter Sahar assisted and made amazing curls (see my picture :)). She was extremely sweet and polite. It was delightful to see mother and daughter working together. They are fun. Although they more of look like sisters :). The salon is beautiful, clean and they had great equipments. The Christmas tree was a cherry on the top. The location is really prime as it’s located in Palo Alto downtown next to the Apple Store. It’s at 30 second walk from 2 parking lots. The garage has 3 hour free parking and the open parking is free for 2 hours (Mon - Friday) until 5 pm. Overall a great experience and I would definitely go back to this salon! Feeling pampered! :)

I really enjoyed my hairstylist since she was attentive and listened to my needs. Its been a couple months since my hair transformation and I still receive compliments! Thank you.
