1 /5 Garee Saint: Buyer beware!!! Horrible workmanship in welding mufflers. I have taken several vehicles here and the quality and service remain the same, substandard! The owner Adrain is rude, despicable, and quite condescending. I had to replace my catalytic converters and entire muffler system again. They even welded my oxygen sensor, which caused my check engine to turn light on. Acapulco Mufflers fixed all of Lipseys faulty work costing several hundreds of dollars.

1 /5 Erika F: I came here to get the motor on my driver side window replaced. They did the repair then a few days later I go to open my door and it won’t open from the inside. I take my car back and they try to fix it but are unable to and they say they need the order the part and they’ll call me when it comes in. They call I go and it’s still not the right part, I drove from Oakland to Vallejo 4 times and eventually they never called me again saying they had finally gotten the right part. I was very disappointed with the customer service after reading previous reviews. I definitely won’t be taking my vehicle there ever again.

5 /5 Alicia Hin: Excellent, CUSTOMER SERVICE and greatly appreciate this shop and would highly recommend others to come here for any repair needed for their vehicles. Not only did they worked and fix my car but the owner Adrian (spelling) helped me cosmetically fix my key fob, which was wrapped up with black tape like a mummy. While i was waiting. Someone came into the shop delivering something. It was a battery for my key fob. He ordered while fixing the key fob. OMG who does that?!. Now thats customer service that a lot of businesses are lacking. And, the battery was on the house:) Thank you for all you do!!! Gotta mention Benny too.
