1 /5 Levantine dialect: I am extremely disappointed with the service at Laima. Before going through with the appointment, we were assured multiple times that our insurance would cover the costs. However, we were hit with a surprise bill afterward, with no prior notice or explanation. This unexpected charge was a complete shock, as we had been told everything was covered.
The lack of transparency and clear communication is unacceptable. We trusted their word, but instead, we were left to deal with an unnecessary financial burden. I would not recommend Laima based on this experience.
