Maco Lamar: I came here for my older sister’s appointment and she waited 30 minutes for them to cancel last minute. Unprofessional and bad service. I am never setting an APPOINTMENT EVER AGAIN!! DON’T EVER SET AN APPOINTMENT HERE!!
Christina Yanez: Dr Lew is not a good doctor. He was no help to what so ever. He wouldnt take the time of day to sign off for power mobility chair that was necessary for my back surgery that will help me with comfort . Plus called me obese instead of helping me work on weight management. He shouldnt be in the medical field as a doctor. He didnt even check my urine for UTI. I ended up at er due to UTI today and stomach bacterial infection which could of been handled during visit today . Which he was very unprofessional for not taking his time with a disability that had needs.i refused to never see him again hope the new female doctor at prime are is more better and doesnt rush patients. Mitch. G: 3 weeks trying to get in touch with my pulmonologist for refills clearance for surgery pharmacy cannot contact supervisors dont pick up phones or call back it is utterly ridiculous for medical specialty clinic for these kind of medical needs..
Im so glad I havent had a an emergency respiratory issue the or would not be able to probably even access my medical records from this specialty group.
