3 /5 Christina Yanez: Dr Lew is not a good doctor. He was no help to what so ever. He wouldnt take the time of day to sign off for power mobility chair that was necessary for my back surgery that will help me with comfort . Plus called me obese instead of helping me work on weight management. He shouldnt be in the medical field as a doctor. He didnt even check my urine for UTI. I ended up at er due to UTI today and stomach bacterial infection which could of been handled during visit today . Which he was very unprofessional for not taking his time with a disability that had needs.i refused to never see him again hope the new female doctor at prime are is more better and doesnt rush patients. 1 /5 Tina Gularte: I understand that each individual takes time BUT when I respect my appointment time I expect it to be reciprocated. There is no reason one should have to wait 1.5 hours and still be waiting. This infuriates me to no end….

2 /5 Sean Curry: Doctor Rudrapatna has been my primary physician for years, and he started me on meds for hypertension originally. Since I turned 50 hes tried to schedule a home colonoscopy and even made me witness him asking the staff to do it. They never did. At 54 I finally asked him to schedule a full colonoscopy instead. I hadnt visited for a while and was told my prescription couldnt be renewed until I scheduled an in house appointment and labs with fasting. Was able to schedule the labs but MyChart was just showing No Availability for the doctor. Received reminders for the labs, fasted 12 hours, took off work and checked in to the exam room. Was told the doctor had not ordered labs, he was working from home and not available to see me so they sent me away. The next day I received an after visit summary and a message that my refill was denied. Now Im a week away from running out of blood pressure medication and looking for a different medical group. I just dont have the time to keep trying with PrimeCare.

1 /5 Gerardo Campos: I had lost my insurance and had to go on medi-cal at 6 months pregnant due to being laid off from covid. I had unfortunately chose Dr. Anastasia Click for my OB. From the first day I met her, she was very cold and abrasive. I was in labor for 73 hours with little to no progress. She refused my C-section with my child stuck in my birth canal for too long. Her words to me where “well you wanted to be a mom, than you need to go through it.” I had to literally DEMAND my c-section due to no progress PLUS my preeclampsia getting worse! Dr. Click is 100% RACIST. If you are a person of color and/or on medi-cal PLEASE do not choose her as your doctor. She Will let you or your child die, if you do not fight her for safety protocol!

5 /5 Jess Soliven: Great check in procedure. Doctors and staff are caring and compassionate. Even have Urgent Care for evening hours.
