Cynthia Smith: Dr.Lin is a very caring and compassionate Dr. I have had several issues with both hands. Dr.Lin is the best Dr. around, “hands down.”
Yi Yang: This is a terrible hospital. My family just moved in. My husband and I went to see a doctor for the first time. My husband has diabetes and will soon have to see a doctor to prescribe medicine. The doctor asked us to do a blood test to check our blood concentration. If the blood is too concentrated, he can recommend blood donation. About 20 days after we had the blood drawn, we received a fee of $1,700. After that, the insurance was deducted (we have Anthem medical insurance). I cant believe that we didnt receive any reports from the hospital or written notices from the doctor about our health status during the period when we received this bill. This is the first time we have seen the doctor of this hospital and he didnt tell us how to check the report. During this period, my husband didnt receive the medicine prescribed by the doctor, so he went to the hospital to find the staff the day before yesterday. They replied that the doctor would contact us on Monday, but they still didnt contact us. (The doctor wrote a new prescription for medicine) From 08/24/2024 to 20/12/2024, we didnt get any information about our health from this hospital. But I received a second reminder for such an irresponsible hospital and doctor. I have the responsibility to say that I dont want other patients who dont know this hospital to experience what we have.
Cheryl Merritt: Went to MoGo with my husband for an issue with his eye. The staff was outstanding. Marie, the PA, was kind, informative and reassuring. The facility is sparkling clean. Felt better than going to the ER. Thank you for the great service. Keep up the great work!
Alisha Ziadeh: While I appreciate everything this office does, they are not really good with follow through. I waited a month for important test results and called them once a week while they continued saying the doctor hasnt signed off on them yet. Now I need a follow up ultrasound appointment and every time I call the medical assistant is not in the office, Ive been trying for 2 weeks just to get in touch with someone to be able to schedule it when they were supposed to be the ones to call me.
Pamela Hamilton: Both my husband and myself have been patients at Westland House. Not only is the facility beautiful, but the nurses, assistants, PT, OT and RT staff are all amazing.
Who else is amazing, is the chef! The meals are wonderful and work well to address your food likes and dislikes. Great variety. Breakfast, main meal of the day is lunch, then soup and salad, or soup and sandwich for dinner, sometimes just a wonderful spinach salad or chefs salad...loved it and changed the way we now eat at home. Five star all the way!
Sasha Curiel: I had the pleasure of being seen by Dr. Hwang for a herniated disc, and I couldn’t be more grateful for the care I received. She took the time to listen to my concerns, conducted a thorough medical history, and explained everything about my condition in a way that was easy to understand. Her attention to detail and thoughtful questions made me feel truly heard. Dr. Hwang was not only professional but also incredibly respectful and compassionate—qualities that I deeply appreciate, especially after previously seeing Dr. Victor Lee, whose cold demeanor and lack of empathy left me feeling unheard. I highly recommend Dr. Hwang to anyone seeking a knowledgeable, patient-centered physician who genuinely cares about her patients’ well-being.
Dora Lott: I struggled to decide between 4 and 5 stars because I had a really long wait due to only one provider being available. I decided on 5 because every staff member made it as easy as possible. I was able to go home and wait rather than stay in the waiting room, and received a call when my time was approaching. In my experience, clinics aren’t organized enough to allow for that. All the desk staff and people on the phone were super nice, as well as the doctor and nurses!
