1 /5 East Blue: I went here last January for emergency (toothache) and they said I need to wait a call in 1-2weeks or more for the Root canal. Guess what?! It’s almost august! No call yet. My toothache is getting worse! Do you want me to wait 1 year for just root canal?! I went here because I know the Root Canal procedure is covered on my insurance. I don’t want to pay hella money on other clinics! Worse dental clinic. They don’t care about their patients!

1 /5 Kulsum Hussain: Terrible service!!! I had a biking accident at the age of 8 and my tooth died. The root canal they did got infected and they also lost my file. Then they failed to let me know about the follow up procedures. They do not respect people with medi/denti-cal. They repeatedly told me that I need to pay for certain dental equipment but just end up taking the money instead. They prey on the underprivileged, who can not stand up for themselves. Non of their doctors have to take responsibility for their accidents or mistakes because the doctors are constantly coming in and out. They are extremely disorganized and unprofessional. Overall, they are terrible.

1 /5 habtom ghebremedhin: First and foremost, they have very uncoordinated and inaccurate communication among the staff members. They dispatch inconsistent information regarding your appointment date and reason of appointment you have. My whole family get treated there. But, I have had several times of misinformation about my daughters’ appointment dates and reason of the appointment. And, I started getting treated for my tooth here. But, the level and cost of treatment went from bad and less expensive to worst and most expensive level of treatment. I wish I would have extracted my tooth than costing me that much money and time without getting treated perfectly.

5 /5 barbara henninger: I feel very lucky to have found this wonderful dental clinic. The staff is highly professional, caring and efficient. It took a long time to get into the clinic as a patient because there is a waiting list, but its so worth it.

1 /5 Andrea Echeverria: Never again!! i had an appt for my son and went also with my 1yr old baby that i was carrying amd wasnt taking space. they did not let me go inside with my son and they gave me a chair for to wait OUTSIDE in the cold because i had my baby in my arms and only 1 person it was just really not proffesional at all. About only 3 person inside waiting and they still said for me to wait outside.
